With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the development and construction industry, Paul Sarkissian has established a reputation as a highly skilled and results driven leader who will always deliver no matter the scale of the challenge.

As a seasoned Construction Director, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in managing large-scale projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. Paul is deeply involved in every stage of the development and construction processes from site acquisitions, marketing, sales, planning, design, approvals, construction, defects and maintenance.

Paul Sarkissian began his career after graduating from a double degree in civil engineering and project Management. Honing his skills through years of hard work and a commitment to learning, he quickly advanced through the ranks due to his strong technical knowledge and leadership abilities and has since become a trusted expert in a wide range of development and construction services.

Over the years, Paul has successfully led and handed over a diverse range of quality residential projects from boutique waterfront apartments, to luxury designer homes and a number of high density residential flat buildings, that have stood the test of time. He has built lasting relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, earning a reputation for honesty, loyalty, clear communication and exceptional customer service.

Known for his strategic vision and hands-on approach, Paul excels in planning, risk management, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. He has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Starting his career as a labourer, Paul gained hands-on experience in the construction industry, mastering the fundamentals of building and understanding the intricacies of every task on-site. His ability to adapt, problem-solve, and communicate effectively quickly set him apart.

Driven by a desire to grow and contribute on a larger scale, Paul pursued additional training and certifications, equipping himself with the skills needed to transition into project management. His deep understanding of the challenges faced by on-site teams, combined with his strategic thinking, has made him an exceptional leader who bridges the gap between the crew and stakeholders.

As a project manager, Paul is known for his ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. His approachable nature, strong work ethic, and commitment to fostering teamwork have earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
